Why is my order taking so long?
Our small team packages all products, even though we strive for perfection our everyday life simply does not allow it. Contact us via email or WhatsApp & we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Returns
Due to COVID-19 we are not accepting returns at this time.
What if my order is damaged or defective?
In the unfortunate case that one of our products arrives damaged or defective, we ask that you provide a photo and video of the product as well as proof of purchase to us here. Visit our refund policy here for details on your available options. We will respond to you within 24 hours.
Can I exchange my order?
All sales are final, we will not accept product exchanges or returns.
Once the payment is verified, the order cannot cancel or change within this time frame. However, we will do our best to support your request.
